Programmable Fabrication of Submicrometer Bent Pillar Structures Enabled by a Photoreconfigurable Azopolymer
Bent pillar structures are created by slant irradiation of a p-polarized light on the pillar structure of an azopolymer.
This novel approach, light-induced reconfiguration of azopolymers, paves a new, simple, fast, cost-effective, nondestructive,
and pragmatic route to fabricate high quality bent pillar structures.
