Machine-learning potentials constructed by a first-principle computational database revealed a promising ternary nanocatalyst (PtFeCu) toward oxygen-reduction reaction with extraordinary speed and minimal computational cost. The performance of the candidate was validated by experiments, exhibiting 3-fold better activity and outstanding electrochemical stability. The catalysis is a key and long-standing hurdle for developing various renewable energy devices of high efficiency. For more information, see the article by Chun et al. on page 855.
